Yes -- that is Werther Fortune in the bright yellow robot shell. The Agency usually preps human hosts for Jane and Werther to inhabit, but in Tapetum Lucidum, they had to do it robot-style. Even Werther isn't sure of all the extras they've packed into his new body ... but he may have to use all of them to survive this very dangerous mission.
